I love kebabs! It is very delicious. And shish kebabs are a perfect choice for guests or family meals. The versatile beauty of shish kebabs allows you to use any combination of meats, seafood, fruits, and/or vegetables.

Kebabs can be grilled, broiled or baked. If you don't have a barbecue, you might want to look into an electric table-top indoor barbecue.

Grilled Corn With Melty Butter

This is the perfect example for great dishes that doesn't need any complicated ingredients. All you need is only several ears fresh sweet corn, and the grill. Here's the complete recipes : INGREDIENTS 5 ears frsh sweet corn, in their husk. Butter (optional) DIRECTION Preheat the grill for high heat. Place the corn (in their husk) directly in the grill. Turn the corn occasionally. Grill until the husk are chared on all side. Remove the corn from the grill, and carefully remove the silks and chared husks from the corn. Initially, it's tasty enough to directly serve the grilled corn. But I often place butter on all side of the grilled corn and love to see them melted.
